Responsibilities
The teaching assistant roles that we recruit for are wide and varied. We are looking for general class teaching assistants who are able to support whole class teaching, as well as work with small targeted groups of children to ensure that they achieve their learning goals.
We are also looking for specialist SEN teaching assistants who are able to work 1:1 with children with special educational needs and disabilities in a mainstream school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with SEN and have a positive and nurturing approach.
We expect all of our teaching assistants to have excellent behaviour management and a good understanding of the national curriculum.
