Before joining Flourish Education, I spent 10 years managing bars and restaurants in luxury hotels across the West Midlands. I loved the fast-paced nature of the industry, interacting with customers, and leading a team. However, I wanted a better work-life balance, and when I saw an opportunity to join Flourish Education as a Recruitment Consultant—no prior experience needed—I knew it was the perfect fit. Now, I get to channel my passion for people into supporting teachers and teaching assistants in finding roles where they can truly thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll find me walking my dog or cheering on Gillingham Football Club. I love staying active and spending time outdoors whenever I can.
