As Head of Marketing at Flourish Education, I am passionate about shaping meaningful candidate and client journeys.

My goal is to create impactful marketing strategies that strengthen our relationships with schools and top teaching talent, ensuring we connect the right educators with the right opportunities. I love nothing more than helping our recruiters reach their ideal candidates and clients, through a variety of marketing channels. 

With over 14 years of experience in recruitment marketing, I have developed a deep understanding of how to attract, engage and retain top talent. Before joining Flourish Education in 2022, I worked in various sectors including industrial, commercial and the health and social care sector; building successful recruitment marketing campaigns that delivered results.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me capturing marketing inspiration through endless screenshots or making memories with my family and friends. I love discovering new ideas and bringing them to life!
