As a Team Leader and Secondary Recruitment Consultant at Flourish Education, I am passionate about connecting high quality teaching talent with secondary schools across Birmingham and Worcestershire. With several years of experience in education recruitment, I understand that every school has its own unique culture, community and recruitment challenges.
