When I joined Flourish Education, I had no previous experience within education or recruitment and I wasn’t sure how I would find it but I fell in love with the culture of the business and the team when I came for my interview.

After undergoing comprehensive training, being taught how to recruit the “Flourish way”; I am now thriving in my role and loving the challenges and successes of being an education recruiter.

Coming from a retail background, I am passionate about providing excellent customer care and I enjoy going the extra mile to support the schools and candidates that I work with.
