Flourish Education are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work at a local partnership school in Smethwick. This school is a two-form entry primary school, that was last rated ‘good’. This school is focused on creating a learning environment which is welcoming, supportive and challenging, ensuring that every member of our school community is valued and motivated to succeed.

Our client is looking for a Year 5 Primary Teacher, this would a full class teaching role, full-time. You will be responsible for partial class planning, preparing resources and assessments.

The Primary Teacher vacancy is a full-time position starting ASAP and is to continue until the end of the academic year.

Working as a Primary Teacher you will require:

  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications (QTS – Qualified Teaching Status)
  • Experience working in Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2).
  • Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Confident behaviour and classroom management skills
  • To work in partnership with the teaching assistant within the class.

This Primary Teacher role is located at a school in Smethwick which is easily accessible from Oldbury, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Quinton and Halesowen. Onsite parking is available, but the school is easily accessed via Public Transport.
