I was a primary school teacher for 10 years before I joined Flourish Education as a recruitment consultant.

With my background, I hold a unique insight into the challenges and pleasures of teaching which allows me to help both the schools and candidates that I work with.

When I’m not working you can find me cycling and surfing or spending time with my two sons, wife and dog Bailey.
