I was an Early Years Primary School Teacher for 12 years before joining Flourish Education as a Primary Recruitment Consultant.

I love using my knowledge of the Education Sector to help Teachers and Teaching Assistants find their perfect role in primary schools across Herefordshire. Having worked in education for over 10 years, I hold a valuable insight into the current pressures Schools are under and I understand the highs and lows that teaching staff encounter on a daily basis.

When I am not at work, I love nothing more than to spend time with my young son.
