A look back at the 22/23 academic year

Before we end the academic year, we'd like to share some of the memorable highlights of the year and to show you what we have achieved with the support and partnership of our schools and our Flourish Champions.

As the end of the academic year draws near, I would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you for your continued support, partnership and business this year. Over the past year we have welcomed new clients and new consultants to support the growth in our business, along with recruiting over 500 additional amazing candidates to work in the schools that we partner with.

This year has been filled with both challenges and successes for us and our schools – we recognise that the recruitment challenges that schools face are complex, unique and varied and I am proud of how our consultants have supported their schools and their candidates this year and risen to any challenges schools have faced.  

I hope you have a well-deserved break over the summer holidays and myself and my team look forward to our continued partnership with you all next academic year.
