If you know a Teacher, Early Careers Teacher, Teaching Assistant or someone who works in a non-teaching role within an educational setting; who you think could be perfect for the Flourish Team, then please refer them to your consultant today.
In return, the next time you need a supply teacher or teaching assistant, you will receive their first day for free! Saving your school money and helping us grow the Flourish team.
The refer a candidate scheme is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- The candidate must be aware that you are referring them to Flourish Education.
- The referral must go via email to your consultant.
- You can not recommend someone who is already working, has previously worked or who is currently in the recruitment process at Flourish Education.
- Any candidates introduced must work for 10 days within 3 months of their start date, for your school to receive their free supply day.
- The decision of the director is final.
