Celebrating Our Flourish Champions of the Term

All of our Flourish Champions work extremely hard for us, our schools and their pupils. Their support, dedication, positivity and professionalism makes our job rewarding, enjoyable and easier.

We regularly feedback to our Champions but we wanted to start recognising them more. So we asked the schools that we work with, who they would nominate to be Flourish Champion of the Term.

We received so many wonderful nominations, it completely blew us away! The schools spoke so highly about so many of our team! After much deliberation in the office, we chose 3 Flourish Champions of the Term – Senem, Natasha and Marie.

Surprising our Champions of the Term at work this week, has been a highlight of the term for us and is something that we are going to continue to do on a termly basis!
