Flourish Champions Of The Summer Term

Every term, we ask the schools and academies that we work with, to nominate a member of our team that has worked in their schools to be Flourish Champion of the Term. We ask them to nominate someone who has gone above and beyond for their school or their pupils.

Every term, we receive so many wonderful nominations and we love reading about times when our Flourish Champions have gone that extra mile to make an added difference. Reading the nominations fills us with immense pride for all of our team, not just the nominees as we know all of our team are Flourish Champions and they are all dedicated, enthusiastic, committed and professional.

After much discussion in the office, we finally picked 3, who we think deserve to be recognised for their continued flexibility, positivity and ability to go above and beyond for their pupils, schools and us!!

We are delighted to announce that this term, our Flourish Champions of the Summer term are:

Rajma, Bright and Rachel.

 Last week we surprised all 3 of them at work and presented them with a gift voucher and box of chocolates. Unfortunately, it was lunchtime when we surprised Rachel so we were unable to get a photo of her receiving her gifts as there were children all around her.
