I work with Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants in Gloucestershire, Pershore, and Evesham. My passion is to support both schools and education professionals by making the perfect match between candidates and vacancies. I believe in acting with urgency, maintaining open and honest communication, and working with integrity to provide the best possible service.

I joined Flourish Education at the start of 2023 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruitment in Gloucestershire, Pershore, and Evesham. Living in South Worcester, I have a strong understanding of the local communities in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. My background as a chef has equipped me with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and I love the energy and excitement of the recruitment world, especially when a school calls in needing urgent supply cover.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and watching Arsenal. I also try to hit the gym regularly, although, like many, I don’t always manage to keep up with my fitness goals!
