    Ashleigh Hanson has successfully passed her probation today. Ashleigh joined the Flourish Family as a Compliance Administrator late last year and works school hours to allow her more flexibility around her two small children. We’re incredibly proud of Ashleigh who has worked hard to learn all things compliance and she has proven herself to be a fantastic addition to the compliance team.

    Yesterday, we canoed 14 miles down the River Severn, from Bridgnorth to Bewdley. Our arms ache, some of us are still drying out our shoes - mentioning no names - Toni, Fraser, Laura & Rich ;) but we did it and we have made memories that will be talked about in the office for some time to come!
