Promotion Alert: Toni and Laura have been promoted!

Today, we are celebrating success at Flourish.

We are thrilled to announce that Toni has been promoted to Head of Compliance, Legal and Safeguarding and Laura has been promoted to Head of Marketing.

Toni joined us as a Compliance Team Leader and has grown immensely during her time working for Flourish. Her thirst for knowledge, her passion for safeguarding and her drive for excellence are some of the reasons why she has earned her well-deserved promotion.

Laura has transformed the marketing department since she joined 22 months ago. Her relentlessness for perfecting the candidate and client journeys is one of the contributing factors to her promotion.

They are both such vital parts of our Flourish team, so their promotions are extremely well-deserved. We can’t wait to see them continue to flourish in their new roles.
