Joanne Street has been promoted to Birmingham Branch Manager.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Jo Street has been promoted to Birmingham Branch Manager for Flourish Education. 

Jo has worked at Flourish for the last 7 years, first as a Primary Recruitment Consultant and most recently as the Black Country Primary Team Section Manager, whilst also running a busy primary desk in Walsall.

Jo is a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant, with over 14 years recruitment experience under her belt and is passionate about building long term relationships with her candidates and schools alike. Since working in the Education Sector, she has seen first hand the challenges that schools face on a daily basis. As well as working full time, she is also the Safeguarding Governor of a local primary school, working closely with the school to ensure their safeguarding policies are effective and safer recruitment practices are in place within the school.
