I have been in education recruitment for 5 years and I love it! I manage the Birmingham Primary and Secondary teams and work a primary desk myself covering South Birmingham. I love the fact that I work and live in the area that I cover as I understand the communities and specific recruitment challenges the schools that I work with face.

When I’m not at work you can find me curled up with my nose in a good book or out socializing with my family and friends.
