Flourish Education Sponsored the BASBM Autumn Conference

We had a fantastic day at Edgbaston Cricket Club yesterday, sponsoring the Birmingham Association of School Business Managers (BASBM) Autumn Conference.

The BASBM is made up of over 400: Bursars, Business Managers, Finance Officers and Senior Support Staff employed in school business management roles in educational establishments within the Birmingham area. It was wonderful to speak to so many of it’s members yesterday and to listen to their current recruitment challenges. We are looking forward to strengthening relationships with the BASBM members and working together, to help support them with their recruitment needs.

Grant Taylor, our MD; spoke at the conference about the current pain points Schools and Teaching Professionals are facing and shared a case study on how one academy is proactively dealing with these to solve many of the issues schools are facing alongside creating a great culture where teaching professionals and their students thrive.
